Nothing like a cooked meal after a hard days work... no matter how sandy it turns out... The tin looks like it contains Danish meat balls (frikadeller). solthum It tastes a lot better than sausages let me tell you. Here is the recipe for those interested :

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb Veal
• 1/2 lb Pork
• 1 g Onion
• 2 c Milk
• Pepper to taste
• 2 tb Flour or 1 c Bread crumbs
• 1 Egg

Nope they are definately sausages in a tin, and they are loveley fried
