This is the exact type of Handheld Minigun seen in the movie 'Predator' without the 'Chainsaw handle' from 'Terminator 2'. In real life, its possible a variant like this was tested by US Special Forces back in the 1970s but proved to be bulky, clumbersome, and thirsty on the Ammo.

Im sorry but I doubt that it was ever tested by anybody as a hand held weapon? as the barrels are rotated by an external power source: usually electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic.
A gas operated version was tested and designated the XM133 but again I doubt anybody would see the sense in using this weapon as "handheld"
If im wrong then show me evidence and explain to me what the feck anybody would want this as hand held for, the weight of the weapon alone should tell you thats it would be useless. rbo;
