HILL Joseph, Private 6683, 1st Sherwood Foresters, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment, killed in action 22nd December 1914 aged 39. Son of Henry and Mary Hill of 118, Pear Tree street, Pear Tree, Derbyshire. Native of Harpurhey Lancashire and is commemorated on the Le Touret memorial, France

HOLMES George William, Private G5369, Royal West Surrey Regiment, killed in action 25th September 1915. Native of Chellaston and is commemorated on the Loos Memorial, France
