Lieutenant Charles William Jackson Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve
and all those lost when HMS Trawler Hickory (T116) was sunk 22nd October 1940 joined by Kathleen, his widow of 62 years, 1st August 2002.
Remembered by their daughter. “Together Once Again.
He was the son of Charles and Maude Adelaide Jackson, of Grimsby
He died at sea age 34. Commemorated on the Lowestoft Naval Memorial, Suffolk.

The ship was mined and sunk in the English Channel south of Portland

This memorial plaque is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire
