Carr Herbert Percival

2nd Lieutenant, Labour Corps attached to the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantary who was in France and Belgium died at Crescent House, Uttoxeter after a long and painful illness on the 5th November 1925 aged 24. Son of Herbert William & Sarah Helen of The Crescent, Uttoxeter and brother of Private Ernest William who fell at Hill 60, Belgium 1915. Herbert is buried in the family plot at Uttoxeter Cemetery, Staffordshire
