5th Volunteer Battalion, West Yorkshire Regiment, Leeds Rifles.
To the glory of god and in memory of Second Lieutenant Sydney Arthur SLATER. D.S.O. Wounded on the 4th October 1900 at Bultfontein. 15th Battalion, Imperial Yeomanry.
Bugler, 6798 Harold WRIGGLESWORTH (Wigglesworth) Died 1st January 1901 at Germiston, 2nd West Yorkshire Regiment, South Africa Field Force,
Private 10466 William J ROWLEY. Wounded on the 13th July 1900 at Bethlehem. 15th Battalion, Imperial Yeomanry.
Private 6959 George JACKSON died 19th February 1902 at Charles Town.
Of the Leeds Rifles who died in the service of their country during the war in South Africa 1900-1-2.
