Son of Edward Spencer Cavendish, K.G., 10th Duke of Devonshire and the Duchess of Devonshire of Chatsworth, Derbyshire. Husband of Kathleen, Marchioness of Hartington of Westminster, London. Buried at Leopold War Cemetery, Belgium
GRATTON, Sampson Lines, Private 4980382, 2/5th Sherwood Foresters, died 21st January 1941 aged 25. Son of Tyers Furniss and Minnie nee Lines of Ashford. Buried in Ashford Cemetery, Derbyshire which is a short distance from the church. (Please note Lines is the correct spelling)
