US Army Air Service General Billy Mitchell bombs a stationary undefended ship with no damage control crew on board and claims that this proves that battleships are obsolete. This attack was against the orders he'd been given as it was desired to examine the ships in between each attack to see the effect as well as using unauthorised ordinance.
Mitchell's disobedience was to see him Court Marshalled and dismissed from service.
