Alfred Lewis & Bertram Lewis ARNOLD

ARNOLD, Alfred Lewis. 2nd Lieutenant, 24th London Regiment died 15th August 1917. He was the son of J. and S. Arnold and the husband of Elsie Kate Arnold, of "Haleine," Chatsworth Road., London, formerly 35, King Street, Covent Garden, Middlesex . Born at Westminster. His son Bertram Lewis fell in 1944. He is commemorated on a Garden Bench (seat) in the Garden of Remembrance, near the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford on Avon and he is at rest in China Wall, Perth Cemetery, Belgium

ARNOLD, Bertram Lewis .Flying Officer, Pilot, 51385, Royal Air Force (VR) died 8th October 1944 aged 27. He was the son Alfred Lewis Arnold and Elsie Kate Arnold and he was the husband of Thelma Virginia Arnold, of London, Ontario, Canada. He is commemorated on a Garden Bench (seat) in the Garden of Remembrance, near the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford on Avon, and is at rest in Welshhill Cemetery, Perth, Perthshire.
