Alfred BURTON. Private TR5/174429, 113th Training Reserve Battalion (Machine Gun Corps)

Died at Bagthorpe Military Hospital, Nottinghamshire 20 August 1918 aged 22 years. Son of Francis George and Harriett Thompson Burton, nee Chambers of 99, High Street, Kimberley, Nottinghamshire. His father was granted a war gratuity 5 February 1919.

Commemorated on Kimberley War Memorial.
