Born 1903 in New Zealand to Jeremiah and Elizabeth Margaret Buckley, of Taihape, Wellington, New Zealand.
Formerly nursed at the Public Hospital, Taihape, Wellington.
Died on active service in Italy 24 April 1944 aged 41 from a perforated peptic ulcer with peritonitis.
She was laid to rest on the24 April 1944 in Bari War Cemetery, Italy
