That MIG-29 is an nice aircraft. But it cannot launch off that ski-ramp with a full load of weapons and fuel. It just can't. Less fuel means limited range. Does not matter the lone Russian CV is incapacitated.
But this can launch in multiple fashion with a full bag of gas and enough weapons to do some major landscaping & remodeling;
